The FreshWater IQ Monitoring Start-Up Kit is a complete intelligent system for monitoring water quality in the spa. It offers valuable feedback and recommendations for efficiently managing the water chemistry, including the chlorine, pH and salt levels, optimising water quality. For models manufactured from 2024 onwards, FreshWater IQ comes as standard on all the spas in the Utopia® series and is an option available for the spas in the Paradise® series.

Receiving and Checking the Products
On Receipt of the Parcel
- Carefully check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier
- If there is visible damage, refuse receipt and note the reason on the transport document
- For bulky products (over 2.4 m), please arrange technical staff for safe handling
