Category A – Accessories and Wellness Products

- Fast delivery via Sameday or FanCourier
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Category B – Premium Wellness Products
- Bulky products over 100 kg
- Examples: saunas, hot tubs, swim spas
- Professional installation and commissioning – as specified on the product page
- Specialised delivery by the Hidrostyle team
- Delivery time: 2–12 weeks, depending on the product
- Includes transport and professional installation options

- Processing hours: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays

Shipping Costs
- For Category A products: cost calculated by weight and distance
- For Category B products: the cost is stated individually on each product page

- You will be contacted by phone to agree on the date and time slot

Receiving and Checking the Products
On Receipt of the Parcel
- Carefully check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier
- If there is visible damage, refuse receipt and note the reason on the transport document
- For bulky products (over 2.4 m), please arrange technical staff for safe handling
