Order processing

For products in stock, orders are processed in a maximum of 2 working days. In the case of products that are not immediately available in stock, we will contact customers to inform them of the estimated delivery time.

Method of delivery

Hidrostyle offers two delivery options for ordered products: courier delivery or personal pickup from our office. Shipments by courier are made with Fan Courier, ensuring a delivery time of 1-3 working days from the shipment of the package.

The exact delivery costs will be calculated and displayed in the checkout process, they may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the package. Once the package is shipped, you will receive an AWB number that will allow you to track the delivery status.

If you prefer to pick up your order in person, this option is available at our location during business hours. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Order return policy

The products purchased on the hidrostyle.ro website can be returned according to the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts (hereinafter referred to as GEO 34/2014).

Thus, within 14 days of receiving the product ordered either by you or by a third party named by you, other than the carrier, you have the legal right to cancel the purchase of the product, without penalty and without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform HIDROSTYLE SRL at its headquarters in Str. Mihai Eminescu, No. 18, Tunari, Ilfov (077180) or by E-mail: office@hidrostyle.ro regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail.

If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we have received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, no later than 14 days from the date of notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of refund for orders paid by cash on delivery. In this case, the related amount will be transferred to an IBAN account, there being no possibility of cash reimbursement. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such refund. We may delay the refund until the date we receive the products back or until you have provided us with proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is the earliest. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.

In the case of returns of orders paid with vouchers, we note that the refund will be made by issuing a new voucher code. Our policy is not to return the amount other than through a valid online voucher.

The products can be returned online, through the courier company or directly at our headquarters, based on the tax invoice, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you took physical possession of the ordered product , either you or a third party named by you other than the carrier. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period. For online returns, we will send an agent of the courier company to the agreed address to pick up the products. The amount will be refunded as soon as the related package is received at the online office.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products with physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of use and/or unauthorized interventions etc. are not accepted for return. You are responsible for diminishing the value of the products resulting from handling other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products.
