Order delivery policy
Order processing
For products in stock, orders are processed within a maximum of 2 working days. For products that are not immediately available in stock, we will contact customers to inform them of the estimated delivery time.
Delivery method
Hidrostyle provides two options for delivering ordered products: courier shipping or personal collection from our premises. Courier shipments are carried out via Fan Curier, ensuring a delivery time of 1-3 working days from the dispatch of the parcel.
The exact delivery costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, and may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the parcel. Upon dispatch of the parcel, you will receive an AWB number that will allow you to track the delivery status.
If you prefer to collect the order personally, this option is available at our premises during working hours. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Order return policy
Products purchased from the hidrostyle.ro website may be returned in accordance with Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 34/2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor în cadrul contractelor încheiate cu profesioniştii, precum și pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte normative (hereinafter referred to as O.U.G. 34/2014).
Thus, within 14 days of receiving the ordered product either by yourself or by a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase of the product, without penalties and without invoking any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform HIDROSTYLE SRL at the premises located at Str. Mihai Eminescu, Nr. 18, Tunari, Ilfov (077180) or by E-mail: office@hidrostyle.ro of your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail.
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse any amount received from you, except for the delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We shall carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different reimbursement method for orders paid by cash on delivery. In this case, the relevant amount shall be transferred to an IBAN account, there being no possibility of cash reimbursement. In any event, you shall not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the products back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is earliest. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the products.
In the case of returns of orders paid with vouchers, we mention that reimbursement shall be made by issuing a new voucher code. Our policy does not involve returning the amount other than by an online valid voucher.
The return of products may be carried out online, via the courier company or directly at our premises, based on the fiscal invoice, without unjustified delays and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you took physical possession of the ordered product, either by you or by a third party designated by you, other than the carrier. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period. For the online return, we shall send a courier company agent to the agreed address to collect the products. The amount shall be refunded as soon as the relevant package is received at the online premises.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and the accompanying documents). Products showing physical modifications, dents, chips, scratches, shocks, signs of use and/or unauthorised interventions, etc., shall not be accepted for return. You are responsible for any diminution in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
