Which products are compatible with the FreshWater™ Salt System?
For this system you will find 100% natural FreshWater salt, the start-up kit including a controller and titanium cartridge, plus electrolysis cartridges compatible with Caldera Spas® and Hot Spring models produced after 2019. Specific salt level testers are available for monitoring the parameters.
How can I reduce the limescale level in the hot tub water?
For hard water you can use the Vanishing Act softening sponges, which soften the water without chemical additives, or the Calcium-Ex liquid solution. Additionally, the pre-filter for the garden hose removes metals and organic contaminants while filling the tub, and our team can provide installation details.
How do I correctly clean the hot tub cartridge filters?
