Category A – Accessories and Wellness Products

• Products weighing up to 30 kg
• Examples: spa accessories, maintenance products, small wellness equipment
• Fast delivery via Sameday or FanCourier
• Delivery time: 1–3 business days

Category B – Premium Wellness Products

• Bulky products over 100 kg
• Examples: saunas, hot tubs, swim spas
• Professional installation and commissioning – as specified on the product page
• Specialised delivery by the Hidrostyle team
• Delivery time: 2–12 weeks, depending on the product
• Includes transport and professional installation options

The Delivery Process

Order Preparation

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Processing hours: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays
• You will be contacted to confirm the delivery details

Shipping Costs

• For Category A products: cost calculated by weight and distance
• For Category B products: the cost is stated individually on each product page
• Many products come with free shipping – check the specifications on the product page

Scheduling the Delivery

• Delivery window: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
• You will be contacted by phone to agree on the date and time slot
• For Category B products, our team provides full assistance throughout the delivery process

Receiving and Checking the Products

On Receipt of the Parcel

• Carefully check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier
• If there is visible damage, refuse receipt and note the reason on the transport document
• For bulky products (over 2.4 m), please arrange technical staff for safe handling

Returns Policy

In Case of Damage

• Photograph any damage
• Send the photos within 24 hours to office@hidrostyle.ro
• Our team will handle the situation promptly

Standard Returns

• Returning products without defects incurs shipping costs borne by the customer
