What is the difference between a Finnish sauna and an infrared one?+
The Finnish (dry) sauna heats the air in the cabin to high temperatures (80-100°C), while the infrared sauna uses panels that emit infrared waves which heat the body directly, at lower temperatures (40-60°C), often making it more comfortable.
Which is the best sauna for the home?+
It depends on your goals:
The Finnish sauna – it offers deep detoxification, stimulates circulation and relaxes the whole body.
The infrared sauna – it reduces muscle and joint pain, speeds up recovery and has low energy consumption.
The hammam (steam room) – it hydrates the skin, clears the airways and induces a state of complete calm.

How much space does a sauna take up?+
The smallest models start at 1–2 people (approx. 0.9 x 1.2 m), 2-3 people (1.5 x 1.8 m), 4 people (2 x 2 m), 6 people (2.5 x 2.5 m), while custom saunas can be built according to the space available.
How long does it take to build a custom sauna?+
The build time for a custom sauna depends on the type, the size, the level of customisation and the projects already under way. The actual completion time is between 7 and 20 days.
How much electricity does a sauna use?+
A private sauna uses between 3 and 9 kW, while commercial models start at 10.5 kW. Consumption is also influenced by factors such as the size, the glazed surfaces and the location (indoors or outdoors).
