Receiving and Checking the Products
On Receipt of the Parcel
- Carefully check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier
- If there is visible damage, refuse receipt and note the reason on the transport document
- For bulky products (over 2.4 m), please arrange technical staff for safe handling
