Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the lead and customer bases assigned to you, in order to meet sales targets

- Monitor the competitive landscape and pass relevant information to management in good time.

- Previous work experience in the electrical field
- Secondary education or a vocational qualification in the electrical field
- Very strong knowledge of the electrical field
- Availability to travel nationwide
- Excellent effective communication skills

- Category B driving licence.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to the company's customers to assemble and dismantle spa equipment (hot tubs, swim spas and saunas)
- Carry out operating tests on the products, making sure they work correctly
- Study the product assembly documentation thoroughly
- Take accurate measurements so the equipment fits within the permitted tolerances of the installation space
- Travel to customers to resolve service requests
- Propose measures to fix and to prevent potential technical problems
- Keep the stock of materials, spare parts and similar up to date
- Prepare repair reports and the various administrative documents the work requires
- Use your work tools and personal protective equipment correctly and consistently.

Internship programme (paid)Tunari, Ilfov · Internship+
This is a way to gain work experience at Hidrostyle over three months, after which you can carry on working with us if we are a good match. The placement is paid, and throughout it you will work alongside professionals in the field you are studying.
You are eligible for an internship if you have completed a technical secondary school or vocational training in electrical or plumbing installations, or a degree or master's in a technical field.
Electrician / Plumber
What you need to bring:
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (electrical, electromechanical, construction, engineering or a related area)
- A passion for technology
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Category B licence
- Intermediate English
Responsibilities:
- Take an active part in the team's technical projects
- Travel together with a team member to resolve technical requests from customers
- Propose solutions to technical challenges

Recruitment and Selection Process
- Pre-selection based on your CV, where we check the minimum requirements.
- Stage I: a telephone interview with those shortlisted.
- Stage II: an in-person interview with the line manager.
- Stage III: the job offer.
The recruitment process takes about two weeks.
Only candidates shortlisted for each stage are contacted.
