For products in promotional stock, delivery is fast, within 1–3 working days after order confirmation and site conditions are confirmed. If you opt for a special configuration ordered from the manufacturer, the lead time is 2–4 months, depending on the brand. For custom saunas made to order, the actual manufacturing takes 7–20 days from final project approval.

Absolutely. All products purchased during the campaign come with the full manufacturer's warranty. Hidrostyle provides commissioning, on-delivery training, technical support, maintenance, original parts, and service interventions directly with our technical team, just like throughout the rest of the year.
The Black Friday discount applies directly to the equipment. In the customised quote, we present the product, accessories, transport, handling, and installation separately, for any location in Romania. If access is difficult or the product is very heavy, we organise specialised handling (with a crane, forklift, or other equipment), and the exact cost is clearly stated before order confirmation.
