Indoor and outdoor hot tubs (jacuzzis), swim spas with a counter-current system, Finnish, infrared and custom saunas, steam rooms, automatic cover systems and equipment for spa & wellness centres. We are the official importer and distributor for Jacuzzi®, Caldera Spas® and Endless Pools® (Watkins Wellness), Fantasy Spas®, Auroom®, Becker and Treesse. ### Do you deliver and install across Romania? Yes. We deliver nationwide, and installation is free and carried out by our own specialised teams, not by subcontractors. We have our own showroom and warehouse — 1,200 sqm indoors and 6,000 sqm outdoors — and over 12 years of experience on the Romanian market. ### How long does delivery take after ordering? If the model you choose is in stock, delivery and installation take about 3–10 working days. For made-to-order models the lead time is 2–5 months, depending on the manufacturer and configuration. A custom sauna is built in 7–20 days. ### What warranty and service do you provide? All products come with the manufacturer's warranty, and our service is authorised and uses original parts only. We handle commissioning, training on delivery, periodic maintenance and technical support anywhere in the country. ### How much electricity does a hot tub or sauna use? For a hot tub, average consumption is 150–400 RON/month in winter and 60–120 RON/month in summer — comparable to an air conditioner. A private sauna uses between 3 and 9 kW, while commercial models start at 10.5 kW. Size, glazed surfaces and placement (indoor or outdoor) all matter. Every model has premium insulation and thermal covers, which cut heat loss significantly. ### How difficult is maintenance? Simpler than you would expect. Caldera Spas® models use the salt-based FreshWater® system: you add salt to a compartment and top up the water occasionally, with no chemicals to dose. Beyond that, maintenance means cleaning the filter and changing the water every few months. We train you on delivery and stay available for any question. ### Can I pay in instalments? Yes. You can use financing through StarBT or TBI, Oney instalments directly in the online shop, or financial instruments (cheque, promissory note) directly with Hidrostyle. We will tell you in the quote which option suits you and what documents are needed. ### Where can I see the products before buying? At the Hidrostyle showroom on Str. Mihai Eminescu 18, Tunari, Ilfov (077180), where you can see and test the models on display. We can also arrange a visit to a site where the products are already installed, so you can see them in a real project. ### Do you build turnkey spa & wellness centres? Yes — for hotels, guesthouses, gyms and residential projects. We work in four stages: consultancy and design, tailored quote, professional installation, then service and maintenance. For residential projects, full installation takes about 30 days if the site is ready; for commercial centres the timeline depends on the complexity of the work. ### What does the site need to meet? A hot tub needs a level surface — usually a concrete pad outdoors — and a dedicated electrical circuit with a residual-current device. Fantasy Spas® models plug into a standard socket. An in-ground swim spa needs a concrete pit with a floor drain. No special permits are required.
