What you need to own:
Sales experience in a technical field in the premium product segment
Completed higher education
Very good sales and negotiation skills
Excellent active listening and effective communication skills

Ability to track and implement sales steps and identify buy signals
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Intermediate English language skills
Enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn, elegant language and demeanor.
Responsibilities:
You manage and develop the bases of leads and customers assigned to you, in order to achieve the sales objectives
You organize showroom meetings with potential customers and/or business partners
You make sales offers for potential customers
You sign contracts with clients and follow their progress
Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers
You monitor the competitive environment and transmit the relevant information to the management of the organization in a timely manner.

The activity is carried out at the work point located in: Str. Mihai Eminescu no. 18, Tunari, Ilfov.
It is a way to gain work experience within the Hidrostyle company, for a period of three months, after which, if we are suitable, you can continue working with us. The experience is paid and all this time you will be able to interact with professionals in the field in which you are studying.
You are eligible for an internship program if you are a graduate of a technical high school/vocational training school in the field of electrical, plumbing, /faculty or master's degree in a technical field.
Electrician/Installer
What you need to own:
Bachelor's or master's studies completed in the technical field (electrical, electromechanical, construction, engineering, or related profile)
Passion for technology

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Category B permit
Intermediate level English skills
Responsibilities:
You actively participate in technical projects within the team
You travel together with a member of the team, in order to solve technical requests from customers
Propose solutions to solve technical challenges

Possibility of employment at the end of the internship program
The internship program will take place in the period: October - December 2024.
The activity is carried out at our headquarters in Mihai Eminescu str. no. 18, Tunari, Jud. Ilfov and to the company's customers.
Pre-selection based on the CV in which we check the minimum requirements (domicile, previous experience, driving license, etc.).
Stage I: telephone interview with those selected in which we are interested in the home-job distance and professional skills.
Stage II: physical/online interview, where we want to get to know the candidate better and we want to check the level of professional skills through a series of specific methods (questions, tests, requests for references, etc.) and the fit with the organization's values.
Stage III: physical interview with the direct superior.
Stage IV: Employment offer and the establishment of collaboration conditions.
Duration of the recruitment process: approx. 2 weeks.
